Fundraising with Wild Women Coffee

Wild Women Coffee loves to partner with libraries, schools, teams, religious organizations, non-profits, and other groups looking for successful fundraising ideas..

Our minimum $500 order requirement is easy to meet because coffee is easy to sell!  Most American adults drink coffee daily--400 million cups a day as a matter of fact; 1.62 billion pounds worth every year!  So, why not make sure that when the folks in your community drink coffee, it benefits your organization?

We will work with you to create a unique label and can even make a custom blend for your organization.  We also offer a variety of single source coffees--ground and whole bean that are available for you to sell.  Choose dark, medium, and light roasts as well as decaf and half-caf blends to offer for sale.

Choose 6 or 12 ounce bags.  The price you set determines your profit--most organizations are able to keep $4.00 per 6 oz. bag, slightly more for the larger bag.

We recommend selling over a 2 week period after a kick-off "cupping event" with on site sales.  Fresh roasted coffee will be delivered for distribution  approximately 2 weeks after orders are received.

Example:  If a youth organization with 40 students asks each student to sell 10 6-oz bags of coffee, with a price point of $10.00 bag (a competitive price for gourmet coffee) the organization will make $1,600--and a lot of friends.  A ticketed cupping event with on-site sales could bring in even more cash.
